Pumpkin Bars (More like Pumpkin Cake!)
From Better Homes and Garden Cookbook

Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cloves
4 eggs
1 15oz. can pumpkin
1 cup cooking oil

Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and cloves. Stir in eggs, pumpkin and oil. Spread into ungreased cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cook completely and frost. I always use my standard cream cheese frosting recipe.
